Post-Publication Discussion

1. Open Scholarly Debate and Post-Publication Critique

Economics, Business and Management Science Journal (EBMSJ) (Online ISSN: 2775-3794) views publication not as the end of scholarly inquiry, but as the beginning of constructive academic dialogue. We encourage researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to engage in critical post-publication discussion regarding articles published in our journal.

2. Channels for Post-Publication Discussion

  1. Letters to the Editor / Commentaries: Readers may submit a formal scholarly commentary or methodological critique addressing an article published in EBMSJ within 6 months of its publication. If the commentary passes editorial review for scholarly merit and tone, the original authors will be invited to write a formal Author's Reply, and both may be published in a subsequent issue.
  2. Direct Editorial Correspondence: Readers who identify potential statistical errors, econometric miscalculations, omitted citations, or ethical concerns in a published article may email the Editorial Office directly at mahesainstitute@gmail.com.
  3. External Post-Publication Peer Review Platforms: EBMSJ monitors and welcomes constructive scientific discussion on recognized post-publication platforms such as PubPeer using the article's Crossref DOI.

3. Editorial Handling of Post-Publication Concerns

All substantive critiques or error reports received by the Editorial Office are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief in accordance with COPE guidelines. Where necessary, the original authors are contacted to provide clarification or raw analytical outputs. If an error or ethical issue is confirmed that affects the scientific record, EBMSJ will issue an official Correction (Erratum/Corrigendum), Expression of Concern, or Retraction linked directly to the original article's DOI.
